How It Works
Bring Their Personality to Life—Together
Confirm the Custom Photo
The client provides a high-resolution front-facing photo of their beloved dog. The artisan confirms the optimal angle, facial features, and coat color details. Photo quality directly determines the fidelity of the final piece.
Create the Flat Design Mockup
The photo is placed within a circular frame, and the composition is adjusted to preview the finished effect. The artisan ensures the dog's face is centered with a vivid expression.
Trace & Confirm the Outline
Premium vegetable-tanned leather is selected, and a stylus is used to carefully outline the dog's facial contours on the dampened leather surface. Every line precisely corresponds to the photo's features.
3D Relief Sculpting & Confirmation
Using specialized leather carving tools, the facial contours are raised into three-dimensional relief through padding and pressing. The forehead, nose, and cheeks gradually emerge with authentic volume.
Fur Texture Detailing & Confirmation
Using fine stamping tools and a swivel knife, the dog's fur direction and texture layers are carved strand by strand, following the natural growth direction for lifelike detail.
Dyeing & Coloring Effect
Professional leather dyes are applied in gradual layers to reproduce the dog's authentic coat color. Eyes, nose, and other features are carefully rendered with light-and-shadow transitions.
The Final Finished Product
The dyed medallion is hand-stitched to the leather border with white waxed thread. A leather strap and brass clasp are attached, usable as a keychain, bag charm, or car ornament. Each piece is one-of-a-kind.

Each Custom Pet Leather Carving is handcrafted exclusively for your beloved pet using genuine top-grain leather and traditional leather carving artistry. Leather carving involves hand-tooled engraving, shaping, and embossing to create vivid textures and lifelike contours. The eyes, nose, and facial details of each leather carving are all hand-carved and hand-finished with precision. Full-body leather carvings include a reinforced inner structure to ensure shape stability and a realistic three-dimensional form.

Throughout the production process, we will send you photos and short videos for your review. Should you have any feedback or requests, we will communicate and adjust the details to make sure your custom pet leather carving faithfully recreates the look of your beloved companion.
